It's the week of the purge.  Being organized and neat can reduce your level of anxiety and leave you feeling lighter and more free. So get to it. Toss out anything expired and move items that are close to their expiration date toward the front.  Perhaps make a plan to use or donate those items. I like to make a list of things I need as I organize.  Two birds...one stone!
