Al-Marsoumi said in a blog post, followed by "Nass" (September 9, 2022): "The Governor of the Central Bank of Iran announced the identification of 25 Iranian banks in addition to exchange offices to sell the Iraqi dinar to Iranians wishing to pay the Arbaeen visit of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him."
