A deadly weekend was marked by two tragedies, one here at home and another on the other side of the globe. In Sydney, Australia, at least 15 people were killed and dozens more injured in a shooting at a Hanukkah celebration, which authorities there are calling a terrorist attack. And in Providence, Rhode Island, authorities say a 24-year Wisconsin man is in custody.
