This free, family-friendly event connects students with disabilities and their families to critical resources in: • Education and transition planning • Employment and vocational opportunities • Life skills and independent living • Community and support services The goal is simple: help students plan confidently for life after high school. Later in the show, we head to Wellford, South Carolina, to visit with Melanie Watt, Founder and CEO of Hope Remains Ranch — a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry offering healing, mentoring, and spiritual growth through counseling and powerful horse-assisted programs for children, adults, and families.
