Just over 5 weeks to go until the tournament! On this episode, Rose chats to Gemma Dobson, the Senior Business Manager at Temple Spa about their longstanding sponsorship of the event. She shares some advice on skincare and tells us all about their upcoming Christmas products and a partnership with Alzheimer’s Society, where you can buy 1 Repose moisturiser and get another complimentary, with £6 going to the charity. Next she speaks to Derek May, the Chair of Trustees at the Wrexham Tennis and Padel Centre. Derek has had a varied career so far and delved into many of his previous experiences and what led him to want to be a part of the Trustees. He shares his excitement and how he hopes to grow and develop the Centre, and is looking forward to attending the tennis for the first time this year! Lastly, Rose caught up with Beth Heath, Director of Fun at Shropshire Festivals. Beth has had a packed full summer, including putting on Shropshire Petal Fields and the Shrewsbury Food Festival. She shares her enthusiasm for her job and can’t wait to welcome people back to the Lexus Wrexham Open this October and gives us a preview on some new and exciting additions to this years event!
