Weekly Market Outlook: Jan. 10-14th - Inflation, USDA Report, and Volatility

Chris talks with Grant Shimek of Black Oak Financial. Grant talks about how inflation is affecting the economy overall along with its direct impact on commodities and input costs going into 2022 crop season. Grant explains his logic on monitoring current market volatility and some likely directions in the market as we move through the January 12th USDA report and then on toward the February crop insurance price discovery timeframe. Grant's concern with the US reduction in domestic energy production (fossil fuels) will continue to drive  inflation pressure which will likely support high input prices and commodity prices alike for the foreseeable future.
