A fruitful summer breakI think it was a solid decision on my part to take the summer off from weekly programming — it allowed me to finish up a short film that I’ve been serving as film editor and audio engineer for, plus composing the score for it, along with getting set up in my studio space and building up momentum with my visual art. I’ve already had my first exhibition, a number of pieces sold this summer, my first commission completed, and retooling the app that I use to process incoming submissions and produce the programming here on The Relay Station.
