Weekly Wrap: It’s ‘killing season’ in politics, a hospital funding brawl and no COP31 for Adelaide

Getting you across the week in news - it was a big week in federal politics, starting with Australia ceding the bid to host COP31 (the annual global UN meeting) to Türkiye, and a hospital funding brawl between state and federal governments. Then we hop around state to state to cover off the biggest news stories from around the country. A big one is what's known as the 'killing season' in politics.
