Michael Xia is the owner of Mortgage Channel, an award-winning mortgage broking firm, and a portfolio containing 39 properties at just 37 years of age. Having accumulated 14 of those properties by 30 years old, it’s safe to say property is most definitely his passion.In this episode he explains how he went from not knowing how somebody could invest interstate to knowing a town he’d never been to like the back of his hand! Weighing up the chances of his corporate career helping him achieve his goal of financial freedom, he realised it wasn’t going to cut it, and gave his dream a crack instead.
