Die im Laufe der Jahre überformte Fassade wird nach der Planung von gmp im Duktus der Originalfassade mit einer prägnanten „Brise-Soleil“ rekonstruiert. Im bewussten Kontrast dazu, entsteht mit dem Neubau „New Podium“ ein zeitgenössischer Baukörper, der das Ensemble in eine neue Zeit katapultiert.
