Let us start by telling you a little about who we are and why this podcast matters to us — and maybe to you, too.We both served 20+ years in the Air Force, and a big part of that time was taking care of people both as leaders and as First Sergeants. That meant we weren't just focused on the mission — we were focused on people. Helping Airmen through challenges, celebrating their wins, and sometimes just being the person they could turn to when life got heavy.But here’s the thing… life after the military doesn’t slow down. Leadership and resilience don't end when the uniform comes off. It just looks different. We're husbands, fathers, and even a granddad — some of the most important titles we'll ever hold. Our next chapter as civilians can be a challenge: slowing down, finding a new mission, and figuring out "what's next."That’s why we started this podcast. To talk about resilience. Leadership. Faith. Family. Fitness. Finances. Health.
