Welcome back to the Female Founder Podcast!

from Female Founder Unplugged · host Lindsay White

I am so excited to bring you the very first episode of the Female Founder Podcast! This season, I am so excited because we really are representing business owners and CEO’s from all across the world. It is amazing to me that in Season 2, we have grown so much that we are able to have conversations that really are Global! What I really love about every single conversation with these female founders from all over the world, is there seem to be similar challenges we are all facing. The first thing I’ve noticed was a general theme of authenticity. All of the incredible business owners I’ve spoken with have dug into their core values and really identified what feels authentic to them – and have built their business around that! The second topic that has come up this season is work and life blend – and how challenging it is to balance all the hats we wear each day. As a leadership coach, I see this as us trying to achieve this unachievable balance and the idea that if it’s not perfect, it’s not good enough. And that is simply not true, but it really is a theme I think we will see throughout this season! We will also hear these business owners and leaders talk about burnout! It’s something a lot of us entrepreneurs deal with in a very profound way, and it wouldn’t be authentic if we don’t open up and have truly vulnerable conversations about this. We all have become so accustomed to what I call Red Lining, where we are constantly pushing ourselves to that point of burnout.I know another thing I am passionate about is helping entrepreneurs and CEOs become aligned with their values. We must know what our personal values are, but also what behaviors align with those values. As female founders, we can bring those values right into our business and that’s what makes it so truly fulfilling!Buckle up as we hear these phenomenal women talk about their stories of authenticity, times of pressure and burnout, and how they incorporate their values into their business. It’s inspiring to hear how they have all built a fantastic culture surrounding these core values. The stories are raw, real and above all – something I think we can all relate to! Being in business can be both challenging and rewarding. However, a lot of the time you can also feel completely alone. That is exactly why I created the Inner Circle, geared towards helping you surround yourself with like-minded business owners and CEO’s. A place where you can come to get support, inspiration, tools, and community to take your business to the next level!
