Welcome Home!

In today's message, we explore the profound concept of biblical hospitality and its deep connection to the gospel. The story of Jesus dining at Simon the Pharisee's house in Luke 7 serves as a poignant illustration of true hospitality. We're challenged to see beyond mere friendliness to a gospel-centered welcome that reflects God's grace. The sinful woman's actions, contrasted with Simon's lack of hospitality, remind us that our welcome to others should mirror the extravagant welcome we've received from Christ. This isn't just about being nice—it's about embodying the transformative power of God's love. As we reflect on how we've been brought near to God through Christ's sacrifice, we're called to extend that same grace-filled welcome to others, potentially opening doors for the Holy Spirit to work in their lives.
