Hi and welcome to Asking For A Friend, the podcast that combines pop culture news with coaching impulses, I’m your host, Elena, and I am a self-discovery and mindset coach and the founder of inner space coaching.Asking For A Friend is the space I would’ve needed at the start of my healing journey. The never ending sleepover that we wish we still had on the regular.
