Life can be so complex, and we spend so much time trying to figure it out, all while hiding who we truly are. Millennials are at the point in adulthood where we are starting to understand more about what life is, but still we avoid vulnerability and tough conversations. Never going Beneath The Seams limits us from experiencing an unfiltered life filled with genuine connections. We owe it to ourselves to change that.
