Welcome to Feeding Your Healthy Mind! (Trailer)

from Feeding Your Healthy Mind · host Natasha Rachael

Welcome to the Podcast. This is a trailer for the Feeding your Healthy Mind Podcast sharing a few of the ideas and concepts that I will be exploring with you on this podcast. I'm Natasha your host and I can't wait for you to join me in peeling apart the layers that help us understand who we are, why we do what we do and how we can develop and change to support mindful growth together. Feeding your healthy mind is about creating impressions and perspective that allows us to become more inclusive, aware and conscious of who we are and more intentional about who we want to be.  Along the way, we may discover some undesirable parts about ourselves or things that make us feel vulnerable and we want to explore those too!  Being human is about balance and we can have the good without the bad because things really aren't so black and white. So join me each fortnight to explore a new idea, concept or theme that can help us feed our healthy minds! - Natasha Disclaimer: These musings are an exploration of my thoughts from lived experience as well as research and study of holistic living such as yoga and yoga philosophy, psychology, meditation, herbalism and naturopathy as well as Ayurveda.
