I have officially launched my rebrand, Genuine Gainz! Don't worry, Genuine Girl is still at the core of everything I do & remains the name of my business, but I wanted the brand name to be more representative of the content I create. Mental health and self-development have always been the crux of my brand and podcast, and they will continue to be! However, I also wanted to add in my passion for physical health and wellness. Genuine Gainz encompasses both the physical & mental wellness realms and intends to encourage you to find wellness in ways that feel true to you.
