Welcome To Resilient Heart, Welcome Episode

from The Resilient Heart Podcast

Welcome to the resilient heart podcast with Gabi Garland! Gabi opens up about her true reality from surviving an abusive relationship at 21 and the birth of her daughter to raising her daughter while counting change. At the age of 40 she had her son who was born with heart defects and has had a number of heart surgeries within the first year of his life. So the resilient heart podcast was the perfect fit when sharing her story. Gabi wants so many of us to own that the "perfect filtered" life we've become accustom to is not the life for most. Her message throughout this podcast is hope. When your in the middle of the shit and its messy, your heartbroken and everything seems tragic. Gabi wants each of you to feel you have a place to share, feel heard, and find hope amidst the chaos because there is a better side on the way. Buckle up, open your heart, and prepare to feel heard. Welcome to the resilient heart podcast.
