Welcome to the Growth Lounge! Episode 1

I love that we are kicking off the Growth Lounge Podcast Today, January 1, 2025! So how did we get here, how did this podcast come to be? It has been 52 years in the making.  Something I can honestly say was laid on my heart long before the word podcast ever existed.  I have known in the deepest parts of my soul for as long as I can remember that I was born to help others see the goodness inside of them.  To shine a light on peoples gifts and talents that they cannot quite see for themselves.  I am a cheerleader, the one who will always be in your corner to cheer you on and mentor you.  But that purpose got real cloudy for me for about 30 years. You will hear more about that journey in this episode but, once I started getting into rooms where people were dreaming bigger, living bigger and living the lives that I wanted to live, the trajectory of my life completely shifted.  That led us here today at the launch of The Growth Lounge. I believe that everyone can benefit from going to growth conferences and getting in to the room however, I also understand that it is not always attainable right now. My hope is that you find this podcast your virtual growth conference space and that you are inspired to keep growing, no matter where you are on that journey!
