Welcome to the Monday Edition of “It's Another Day with Jim and Bill”-EPISODE 809-We say goodbye to former President Jimmy Carter. He passed this weekend, and the praise is pouring in. But isn’t that how it always is when someone passes? Their eulogies are full of superlatives…and we seem to ignore the bad things they might have done. Many feel that his presidency was a failure and that the only good thing was that it moved the country towards Ronald Reagan.
