Welcome to the offseason: Nebrasketball loses 2 players to the transfer portal, fresh off their loss in the NCAA Tournament

-No one was really surprised to see Ramel Lloyd, Jr. enter the portal, since he’s never seen the court at Nebraska in his time in Lincoln -However, there was surprise late afternoon when Eli Rice put his name in the portal. Rice battled an ankle injury the final month of the season but never started, and we’re in an age now where if you don’t start, there’s a chance the player leaves -Look at South Carolina for example: they had an excellent year, but their top scorer (Meechie Johnson) put his name in the portal. Why? Probably money. Does Nebraska lose anyone else?
