Welcome to my first episode on our ‘Teaching Autism and Special Education Community’ podcast. I am so excited to share this podcasting journey with you all. This podcast is perfect for; teachers, education professionals, therapists, families, parents, carers, and anyone who wants to learn more about autism and special education. Episode #1 I’m giving you a brief introduction to me and Teaching Autism, followed by a short session on burnout and self-care. Self-care is huge right now. Especially with more teachers and parents being burnt out than ever before. I’ll be sharing with you how you can identify burn out. As well as ways to avoid it and look after yourself.
