Welcome to Transition with Tiara, the podcast. This podcast focuses on living with chronic illness, mental health, wellness, and recovery. Every day I coach women from all walks of life that are struggling to manage life after a chronic illness diagnosis, PTSD (including medical PTSD), anxiety, and recovery. I would like to extend the vital information, tools, and gems to a larger audience in order to reach a larger demographic of women battling this alone. Covering all things Health and Wellness on Transition with Tiara, it is my hope that you will begin to transition from wounded to WARRIOR!
