Hello and welcome to Unf*ck Yourself! I am so excited to have you here. This is the first episode ever on Unf*ck Yourself. It's time for you to get Unf*cked, tap into your soul gifts and reach new levels of alignment. I've been psychic since as long as I can remember. When I was 5 year old, I predicted an illness in a family member before they even knew about it.  As a child, I noticed my psychic abilities would show up, but my family didn't believe the power behind what I was seeing. During this time of discovering my gifts, I became embarrassed of who I was and the psychic abilities I had, I didn't feel normal. This caused me to shut it out.I soon discovered a new passion that I would carry throughout my life which was dance. I absolutely loved dance and discovered that I could make a career out of it. All I did was eat, sleep, and breath dance. I was training to go professional in dance and it's all I could think about all day. Dance became my life until I had a major spiritual awakening when I was 19. During my spiritual awakening I began healing trauma, healing my sense of self-worth and tapping back into my intuitive gifts. This was a HUGE transformative experience for me because I was getting back to myself. I rediscovered my power and began using my gifts. I decided to fully embrace my intuitive side of myself and started helping transform people's lives.
