Daniel also sits on the British Fashion Council Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee.Daniel candidly shares what led him to start the platform and why it is so important. He breaks down the many reasons why the fashion industry in the UK currently lacks a diverse range of people, how we can combat this and what we need to succeed in the industry despite the many barriers to entry and glass ceilings.
