He breaks down the many reasons why the fashion industry in the UK currently lacks a diverse range of people, how we can combat this and what we need to succeed in the industry despite the many barriers to entry and glass ceilings. Since filming, Daniel continues to be a trailblazer in the diversity space with the Fashion Minority report continuing to break down doors and build structures to diversify the industry.
