Weller Full Proof Bourbon Tasting and Review | Speakeasy Bourbon Club Weller Full Proof - What a treat it was to find this on the shelf! I wish it would've been more price friendly but i’ll let this one linger around on the shelf. The nose on this one is heavy cherry, vanilla, and caramel. I'm thinking Cinnabon all the way. The 114 proof doesnt turn me off, as the caramel sweetens this up nicely. Velvety smooth cherry syrup, long finish that appreciates some time in the glass to open up. Welcoming cinnamon disk finish and if you can find it for under $100 its a must pour for the topshelf.
