Wellington's golf cart ordinance takes effect

David and Mia discuss the new golf cart ordinance that has gone into effect in the Village of Wellington. In recent years golf carts have become extremely common in the village. They are widely used in the equestrian industry, within neighborhoods and when traveling short distances.
