Understanding from whence you came...having an opportunity to have a frame of reference about your family history, the history of your community and your country helps you to facilitate understanding of the present. February is Black History month, but discussing the history of African Americans should be discussed on an ongoing basis and often to help all of us understand our total American history. Dr. Marion J Woods, is a civil rights actvist, a veteran, successful entrepenuer and executive,trailblazer, classmate of Martin Luther King and my Dad.
