One of the best ways to add a simple wellness exercise into your daily routine is to regularly exfoliate your skin. Remember: your skin is your largest organ.  Removing dead skin cells is crucial for maintaining good skin condition.  As we age the cell turnover process tends to slow down. Older cells on the surface take longer to slough off, resulting in a dry or rough appearance of the skin.
