Wellness Warrior Challenge: Stay Hydrated

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host Melissa Hall Klepacki, M.Ac.

Today folks, really work to stay hydrated.  The easiest way to do this is to carry around a large insulated water bottle.  One that you can refill time after time.  One that you like the feel of, the way it looks, what ever sort of spout or straw you drink through feels right.  As an alternate you can use a Large Bell canning jar.  Mine holds 24 ounces so I know i need to drink 3 of these a day.  I love that i can screw on the lid tight and throw it in my purse.  Just need to be careful because it is glass. There are great stainless products on the market.  Some geared toward kids, others with patterns colors of pictures. Some of my favorite water bottles and cups can be found over on my Wellness Warrior Checklist on Amazon...a tidy little spot you can check out for all of my favorite wellness products. http://bit.ly/GuudChecklist Shoot for between 60 and 80 ounces today (depending on both your size and exertion level) and notice that you aren't as hungry, maybe less irritable.  Try this for a few days and you will notice your skin looks fresher. Our bodies work better when hydrated yet we tend to forget this. Lastly, check out the uber cool app TAP on your phone www.findtap.com And a great tap water database can be found on EWG's site here https://www.ewg.org/tapwater
