Have you been accepting our wellness challenges?  Eating fresh, whole foods, staying hydrated and today we expand on this by really focusing in on our breathing. 3 deep breaths today - a few times. In though your nose, hold at the top briefly and then exhale through your mouth.  Slow, conscious breaths.  Really feel your chest and belly expand with each breath in.  When you breath out, slowly, with purpose, feel your stomach and chest muscles contract.
