Welsh super lightweight champion

My guest today is Kieran Gething, Kieran is originally from Abergavenny, a very proud Welshman and former captain of the national boxing team. Kieran is the current Welsh super lightweight champion as a professional Boxer. Kieran runs a construction company and a sports shop in Pontypool. Naturally, I’m very busy but I’m also very motivated. These projects keep his mental health in good shape. He also wrote a book called Insight as a therapeutic aid. Kieran self-published it on Amazon and really enjoyed the whole thing. What he loves more than anything is his little family. Kieran has two little girls and a beautiful wife who support and love him alongside.
