Heute jährt sich der Weltkrebstag zum 24 mal. Dieser Tag hat zum Ziel die Vorbeugung, Erforschung und Behandlung von Krebserkrankungen in das öffentliche Bewusstsein zu rücken. Seit 2022 steht der Weltkrebstag unter dem Motto „close the care gap“.
