Welton Rovers promoted at Cheddar

Welton secured the points they needed to gain promotion to the Western League Premier Division with a 3-1 win at Cheddar. Needing only a point Welton secured all three in dramatic fashion, reminiscent of how they've performed throughout this season. Welton dominated the game for long periods scoring two great goals and a penalty, yet they had to navigate a full hour of the match with a stand in goalkeeper after Andy King was taken to hospital with a serious facial injury, sustained in the first half.
