Today our focus will be the importance of making health the foundation of your teaching lifestyle.  We will share some productivity secrets, time management hacks, and many health tips. Hey! Bergman.   My guest today is J. D. Bergman. D. is also an all around great guy.  He truly a heart of gold. I am honored to have him on this podcast.
