Im Juli ist Ursula von der Leyen erneut zur Präsidentin der Europäischen Kommission gewählt worden. Diesen Dienstag will sie ihre Vorschläge für die 27 Posten in der EU-Kommission vorlegen.  Ulrich Ladurner berichtet für die ZEIT und ZEIT ONLINE aus Brüssel.
