Based on a project conducted by LSE and COMPAS Isabel Shutes talk examines inclusion and exclusion with regards to welfare rights. She looks at forms of differential inclusion and exclusion cut across citizens and non-citizens like, as applied to EU citizens, non-EU citizens, and British citizens.
