Yallllll welcome back!  We're all affected by this current pandemic, so I want to start interviewing people about how their lives have changed. I want to document this in real time because its absolutely bizarre and altogether new. This week I interview Dylan Ellis, a friend of mine in the Beer Industry, an industry that is still going strong right now, so he has a unique perspective for certain, and honestly, I find it very interesting.
