WE'RE BACK!!! LIFE UPDATE AND AZ MARKET UPDATE

We are back in the podcast studio! It's been a real hot min, but we're back and ready to get back at it!  We have been busy with the holidays, getting a pool built and adjusting to the twin life but it's getting better and we've found away to be more consistent.  On this episode we sit down and talk about what we've been up too as well as a 2022 Arizona Housing Market Update!  2022 could be one of the trickiest years to give a prediction on, but one thing has stayed consistent and that is the lack of housing supply.  That is really the only metric that is giving us any idea on what the market will do IOHO (in our humble opinions).  Where is the market going... No one knows but we give some pretty good insight to why we think the market is going todo.
