On today's episode we are going to dive into my story from rock bottom to where I am at today and give you an update on life! My mission is to help other women during their rock bottom seasons and so I am going to take it back in this episode to 2017 where I hit my rock bottom. This episode may be a trigger so please beware. We are going to talk about when I wanted to end my life and ended up in a psych ward- because this is truly where my story began.  I am also going to give 3 tips for women who are going through their kitchen floor moment and don't feel like they can keep going.
