Continuing from the previous episode, "Kiss Today Goodbye", Darren finally decides to break up with Ginger for Simone. Ginger is heartbroken about this and ends up in the hospital suffering from appendicitis. Meanwhile Carl gets furious when his estranged father Jonas visits Ginger more often and he fears it will ruin the relationship between Lois and Dr. Dave.
