We’re making a pirate crew! Who do we bring?

YARRR YOU SCURVY DOGS! We're assembling the finest seafaring crew the seven seas have ever seen! Just one problem, we don't know who to hire. Ed, Bear, and Pwal bash their collective heads together to fill in the most important roles on a pirate ship, and desperately try and avoid a mutiny (or several) as they do so. We pitch several Captains (not necessarily for the role of Captain), a handful of monsters, and more than one cartoon crab.
