We talk about one of our favorite books, “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins, and how the message of being a leader who is honest with themselves and honest with their teammates can truly make a positive impact. The Air Force needs leaders that aren’t afraid to remain themselves and deliver the hard truth when necessary.
