Dustin currently lives in Houston Texas and is an Engineer.     Dustin found his way to ABS thru Bradley Hughes as I did. Dustin and I both stumbled on to some YouTube videos of  Bradley taking about and demonstrating the “4:30” approach and other ABS thoughts. Some of these concepts, which you’ll hear in the conversation, make complete sense. The information was simple and easy to conceptualize.    John Erickson is the originator and founder of Advanced Ball Striking. What we do in ABS is a series of dynamic “drills” that have the body memorizing certain “movements “, not positions. John Erickson and Bradley Hughes liken the movements to “learning Guitar chords “.
