I argue that both lack sufficient biblical and extra-biblical support.Drawing from various biblical texts and recent scholarly research, particularly the work of Amar Annus on Mesopotamian literature parallels, I support the supernatural worldview. This perspective not only aligns better with ancient texts but also sheds light on various biblical narratives such as the Flood and the commandments to conquer certain people groups in Canaan.
