Apparently, clowns are flopping in their big ol' shoes around wooded neighborhoods, hiding in bushes, and offering kids money in attempts to lure them into the thick. Jerry Jr., local neighbor kid said of his encounter with the propositioning clown, "n*&$#! you must be crazy."
