Wes now uses his expertise to help individuals break free from limiting beliefs and self-imposed barriers, fostering psychological safety and trust to allow for deep self-exploration.However, Wes’s journey didn’t stop there. After facing multiple layoffs due to reductions in force, he decided to take a courageous leap into coaching full time.
