Wes Vasile

- Healthy coping mechanisms - Self-management tools - Prioritising your own mental health Wes Vasile is a business owner from Brisbane, running Trusted Pest management with brother, Tudor. When he isn't busy exterminating pests, Wes is also the founder of the Mental Awareness Foundation, a charity born out of tragedy making an incredibly positive impact on the lives of those affected by suicide. The conversation in this episode centres largely around Wes' own journey navigating grief and tragedy, the healthy coping mechanisms that he implemented to get through that period, and the importance of prioritising ourselves and our own mental health in our daily lives before we can actually look after anyone or anything else.
