West Virginia Eyes Top Point Guard | Big 12 Basketball News

West Virginia’s basketball program is heating up the 2027 recruiting race by landing top-tier guard Micah Gordon, a four-star point guard from Plainfield, New Jersey, ranked eighth-best in his class. Despite his smaller frame, Gordon brings fearless scoring and a rising three-point game—expected to soar with better teammates. His visit to Morgantown this fall could seal the deal, especially after last year’s positive vibe during a football game. With big-name schools like Auburn, UConn, and UCLA also in the mix, WVU’s coaching staff is building something special—and this recruit could be the cornerstone of their future success.
