West Virginia Lands Top Transfer Guard

West Virginia basketball just pulled off a major transfer win by officially signing Joson Sanon, a 6-foot-5 guard with two years of eligibility left. A former St. John’s standout under Rick Pitino, Sanon brings elite toughness and NCAA Tournament experience, with Coach Ross Hodge calling him a perfect fit. Though his stats dipped last season (7 ppg, 2 rpg), Sanon was once a top-25 recruit and showed flashes of his freshman year scoring prowess at Arizona State. With this signing, WVU locks in a key piece for 2026, solidifying a promising transfer class with just one spot remaining. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
